Acutonics Camp:  Schedule

Acutonics Camp:  Daily Schedule

Thursday​:
​11:00 am - Opening Ceremony with Gongs
All teachers will introduce themselves and explain what they hope to share
Students will introduce themselves, and tell why they are here and what they hope to experience
Artwork session to bring Venus to intention

Lunch Break

Head up to Mt. Shasta to Panther Meadows and go for a hike together as a group
Do a meditation / journey with the group, guided by Laurie and Katie
Then time for all to spread out, find a place to be alone and collect your own information 
Head down to Red Firs for a different experience - sensing, listening, and stillness
Everyone will then be released for free wandering after the orientation
Head to dinner if desired - optional group dinner in town

Friday, Saturday and Sunday:
8:30 am - 11:30 am: Teachers demonstrate / share techniques and strategies
11:30 am:  Lunch - pack it to go and explore, swim, and hike, or eat on the land and have a good rest. 
Art table is always available
3:00 pm - 6:00 pm:  Treatments/mentoring

Evening activities (optional) include: 
Singing and campfire 
Stargazing at 8,000 feet on Mt. Shasta with Katie

Monday:
10:00 am - 1:00 pm:  Teaching, sharing and mentoring 
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm:  Lunch
2:00 pm - 4:00 pm:  Journey on the land
Art session 
Come together, synthesis 
4:00 pm:  Closing ceremony
