Thursday, July 9

12:00 pm - Welcome and orientation at the land (directions)
1:00 pm - Opening Ceremony and setting intentions
1:30 pm - 4:00 pm - Crystals:  Use and Application - with Katie Mink
4:30 pm - Visit to The Crystal Room
6:30 pm - Dinner at Lalo's Restaurant in Mt. Shasta - all are welcome!
8:30 pm - Drive up and meet the mountain - with Katie Mink

Friday, July 10

9:30 am - 12:30 pm - Point Location - with Will Vukmanic, L.Ac.
12:30 pm - 3:00 pm - Break - Swimming at Lake Siskyou, hiking, etc.
3:00 pm - 6:00 pm - Intuition and Grounding:  Deepening of Testing and Knowing with All Six Senses 
                                           With Heidi Irgens and Katie Mink
6:30 pm - Dinner Break

Saturday, July 11

9:30 am - 12:30 pm - Yin and Yang:  The Dance of Creation - with Laurie Herron
12:30 pm - 3:00 pm - Break - Swimming at Lake Siskyou, hiking, etc.
3:00 pm - 6:00 pm - Point Location - with Will Vukmanic, L.Ac.
Or
3:00 pm - 6:00 pm - River Outing with Laurie Herron
6:00 pm - 7:30 pm - Dinner Break
7:45 pm - Gather at the B & B and drive up to Castle Lake for Shamanic Drumming Ceremony
8:00 pm - Shamanic Drumming Ceremony with Valerie Carpenter, followed by star gazing with Katie Mink

Sunday, July 12

9:00 am - 11:30 am - Super Soul Sunday with Katie Mink and Laurie Herron
11:30 am - 12:30 pm  - Break
12:30 pm - 3:00 pm - Acutonics Techniques:  How to Make it a Dance - with Katie Mink
3:30 pm - Hike to Deadfall Lake

Monday, July 13

  • Join Katie for a "Sound and Brainstorming" session
  • Art! - Join Pam Johnson, artist, for ongoing art and expression exploring the mysteries of the intersection of You, Mt. Shasta and the Cosmos!  Art table and supplies will be available all during camp!
